6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Tuition and Fees

Payment of tuition and fees is required before accessing course materials. All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be available under certain circumstances:

Within 14 days of enrollment for most courses
Pro-rated refunds for program withdrawals
No refunds after course completion or certification
Processing time: 10-15 business days
